Payment and Cancellation/Substitutions Policy:
Full refunds are available for cancellation requests received on or before December 30, 2011. After this date, refunds are available for cancellation requests received on or before April 2, 2012, less a $275 processing fee. After April 2, 2012, there are no refunds but you may send a colleague in your place provided you notify STI by email at least 2 weeks in advance.
