Bill Ackman
is the managing member and portfolio manager of Pershing Square Capital Management, L.P., a research-intensive value investor in the public markets. Pershing Square has played an active role in creating value at companies including McDonald’s, Ceridian Corporation, Longs Drugs, Wendy’s International, and General Growth Properties. Prior to forming Pershing Square, Mr. Ackman co-founded Gotham Partners, L.P., a public and private equity investment partnership. Mr. Ackman received an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
James S. Chanos
is President and Founder of Kynikos Associates, the largest investment firm devoted exclusively to short selling. Throughout his career, he has anticipated many corporate disasters; most famously, his ENRON short-- which Barron's called "the market call of the decade, if not the past fifty years."
Leon G. Cooperman
was a General Partner of Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Goldman Sachs Asset Management at the end of 1991 when he left to organize a private investment partnership, Omega Advisors, Inc. For nine consecutive years, Lee was voted the number one portfolio strategist in the Institutional Investor All-America Research Team survey. Lee received his MBA from Columbia University and his undergraduate degree from Hunter College. He is a recipient of Roger Williams University's Honorary Doctor of Finance and Hunter College’s Honorary Doctor of Humane Letters.
James Crichton
is a Co-Founder and Co-Portfolio Manager of Scout Capital Management, L.L.C., a privately held investment firm established in 1999 that makes concentrated, long-term investments in high quality businesses that it believes to be misunderstood and incorrectly valued by the markets. Prior to starting Scout Capital with Adam Weiss, Mr. Crichton worked at Zweig-Dimenna Associates as a Research Analyst, and began his investment career at DLJ in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Mr. Crichton received a B.S. from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Boykin Curry

Joel Greenblatt
is Managing Partner of Gotham Capital, a hedge fund he founded in 1985. He has been a professor at Columbia Business School since 1996 where he teaches Value and Special Situation Investing. Mr. Greenblatt is Chairman of the Success Charter Network, a chain of charter schools in New York City.He is the author of You Can Be A Stock Market Genius and New York Times bestseller The Little Book That Beats the Market (John Wiley & Sons, 2005). Guy Gottfried
is the founder and manager of Rational Investment Group, a value-oriented investment fund. Rational employs a risk-averse, research-intensive value methodology to uncover securities exhibiting material upside potential along with minimal risk of capital impairment. Prior to launching Rational, Mr. Gottfried was an analyst at Fairholme Capital Management. Mr. Gottfried is a graduate of York University in Toronto, where he was a President's Scholarship recipient.
Timothy E. Hartch
is a Partner at Brown Brothers Harriman and the co-head of the firm's public equity investment team, which manages over $9.0 billion in assets as of June 30, 2011. Mr. Hartch is the co-manager of BBH's large cap Core Select equity portfolios and co-manager & co-founder of an investment partnership that focuses on information and business service companies. Mr. Hartch received an A.B. from Harvard University and a J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of Michigan.

Vladimir Jelisavcic
Co-founder of Longacre Fund Management, LLC, 1998 and LSE Fund Management, LLC, 2005. Mr. Jelisavcic is a member of Longacre’s Investment Committee. Mr. Jelisavcic was, until November 1998, a Vice President in the High Yield Department of Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., where he was responsible for trading distressed bank loans and private notes as well as the identification and analysis of investment opportunities in distressed securities. Mr. Jelisavcic joined Bear, Stearns in 1993. In 1991, Mr. Jelisavcic worked as a law clerk for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Los Angeles. From 1987 to 1990, Mr. Jelisavcic worked in the Tax Department of Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Jelisavcic was a C.P.A. and the author of articles on trading claims and creditors’ rights published in the Journal of Corporation Law. Mr. Jelisavcic earned a J.D. (cum laude) from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1993 and a B.S. in Accounting from New York University in 1987.

is the President of Atlantic Investment Management, Inc., which he founded in 1988, a $1.5 billion global equity hedge fund firm, with offices in New York and Tokyo. Mr. Roepers holds an MBA from Harvard University.
Ricky Sandler
is the Managing Member and Senior Portfolio Manager of Eminence Capital, LLC, an investment manager that employs a 'quality value' approach to investing. Before founding Eminence in 1998 Mr. Sandler co-founded and co-managed Fusion Partners, a long / short investment partnership. Prior to that Mr. Sandler was a research analyst covering a wide range of industries and companies for Mark Asset Management, a research-driven investment management organization. Glenn H. Tongue
is the Managing Partner of T2 Partners LLC and the Tilson Mutual Funds. Mr. Tongue spent 17 years on Wall Street, most recently as an investment banker at UBS, where he was a Managing Director and Head of Acquisition Finance. Before UBS, Mr. Tongue was at DLJ for 13 years, the last three of which he served as the President of NYSE-listed DLJdirect. Prior to that he was a Managing Director in the Investment Bank at DLJ, where he worked on over 100 transactions aggregating more than $40 billion.
Adam Weiss
is a Co-Founder and Co-Portfolio Manager of Scout Capital Management, L.L.C., a privately held investment firm established in 1999 that makes concentrated, long-term investments in high quality businesses that it believes to be misunderstood and incorrectly valued by the markets.
